A little more creating inspired by the Jennifer Grace "FOCUS" blog event. I loved the inspiration that came from the "art in miniture" idea especially using the sunset scene. Totally love this and wanted to give it a try so I decided to make a teeny art journal from watercolour paper. Well it's about 3"x4" so not teeny tiny but tiny for an art journal I guess.
and the cover opened out...........
And I just had to try it out - my first entry. (I've popped in a couple of flip out pages so give me a little more room as I sewed the pages in the spine and didn't want it to be too thick)
The flamingo was cut from a magazine and I then went over it in paints.
Look at you go girl! I think this is equal [if not better!] than the original....& I adored the original!!! You goooo, girl!!!
