This month, at
LGS, they have a sketch challenge and the DT have done another amazing job with their creations for this challenge.....so inspiring. This year I've decided to make an effort to scrap about me a bit more. Years ago I did a BOM but when I look back through it, there is very little journalling.....just mainly some photos of me when I was little (for which I am very grateful to have, considering my Mum and Dad never owned a camera) and a few in later years but still not very much written down about me and my life. SO I am going to try to put more about me down on paper - I might even throw in a few OTP er's (we'll see how I go with that lol but that is the plan). I think I'm going to need motivation to get this done so I've made a bit of a plan of what I want to record (some as simple as fav colours/flowers etc , some about my daily life (I loved doing my Dec Daily so much, this got me thinking on this one) and some, well it might just be very random......I'll see where it all takes me.
Let's Get Shabby's sketch started the mojo going with a page about my favourite flower.
I've used Prima packaging here, lots of gesso, texture paste, inks etc.......got nice 'n messy creating this one.
The front - my take on the sketch............
and a bit of a close up...
and on the back I have my journalling.
