December Daily 2012

This year will be my second December Daily.  I never thought I would get hooked on them but I have. (Thanks Mandy lol)   Last year I created a tiny one (around 6x4) pretty much from stuff I had in my stash and my covers were made from corrugated card.   I also pre-made my pages so that I only had to pop in the photos each day.   This was great, time wise, but I found it a bit restricting.  So this year, I have a bigger size and will do my pages each day........see how I go.






. I'm loving the bigger size that I'm doing this year.   I've done some smaller pages for extra's on a day and love the look of the different size pages throughout.   The mojo had gone on a bit of a holiday and still is somewhat but I am loving doing my little December album.

I've been trying to keep very up to date, doing it everyday but had slipped behind over the last few days. 

 

 

No photos taken on this day so just went with a Christmas song that I haven't been able to get out of my head this December.

 

I don't "do" cards at Christmas time much anymore, mainly phone calls and emails so decided to put the few that I got in a little pocket.

Finally some rain.............. and a prawn and mayo sandwich for lunch that day.

 

and I must confess I took very few photos on Christmas day.  Just some of the grand kids on the slip and slide so most of my 25th is journalling under the flap on the right hand page and on the left side, a photo of a secret santa pressie I got.

 

I took my album up to the 26th but it is all journalling about the day.  Went to the Boxing day sales (crazy I know).   Didn't stay there too long and then went to DS's place for a BBQ lunch.

 

 

 

AND this time last year I was doing my very first December Daily and have realized that I never put it on my blog ..... so here is Dec Daily 2011.....I pre-made my pages for this one.

 

So then adding photos to my pre made pages was easy but I did find it a little restricting.
