Challenge 2 at Let's Get Shabby...............

is up and it's all about florals and gingham. I didn't have any gingham paper at all but I did have this light brown gingham fabric in the smaller and larger checks so went through my stash to see
what pp I could find to match up. I painted and inked around the edges to bring it altogether. I made some floral yoyo flowers (is that what they are called????) and added some prima lovelies, tied some little gingham and floral bows and added some cut out roses over the top as I didn't think it looked floral-y enough. This is the title page for an album I am working on atm called "never forget to remember" - basically about some little things in life (not just mine but also my Mum & Dad's) that I never want to forget. tfl

I loved working with the florals and gingham so I can see this appearing in a few more of my LO's. Thanks to the girls at lets get shabby for the challenge.
